How long for Delivery, once order is placed?
All Scooters are shipped by Feb Ex Ground or DHL Ground. Please allow 3 - 5 business days in most cases. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or Holidays. Any Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the next business day. Please see our Policy page.
Larger Electric Bicycles and Mopeds will be shipped by freight with free pick up at the nearest terminal. In most cases, there is only a $50 charge for final delivery to your home.

Will my Scooter Come Assembled?
Some assembly will be required. Most scooters, ATVs, mopeds will arrive about 85% to 95 % assembled.

Is Maintenance Required on my Scooter, ATV, or Moped?
Yes, maintenance will be required. Maintaining your Scooter, ATV, Moped will provide you years of safe riding pleasures. See your owners manual that comes with your product.
Are Scooters, Electric Bikes, Mopeds, ATVs Street Legal?
Not necessarily!! Please check with your local DMV for the laws in your area. In many States, an Electric Bike less than 750Watts is not Street Legal and does not requires a license. The same is true for Gas bikes 49cc and less. ATVs definitely are not street legal. Remeber to check age requirements and helmet laws prior to making a purchase.
Can Children Ride Motorized Scooters?
We recommend that children under 8 years old do not ride motorized scooters. Children 8-12 should be closely supervised by a responsible adult. Check your local laws just to be safe.
Do I have to pay Sales Taxes?
Only PA Residents will have to pay a sales tax of 6%.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, There will be an additional shipping charge due to to the distance. Please contact us for specifics before placing an order.
Do you ship to Canada?
The XB models can be shipped to Canada and the X-10 Scooter all from X-Treme. No gas motors can be shipped to Canada. Note, all shipments to Canada have additional shipping charges. The IZIP and eZIP Bicycles can be shipped to Canada at additional cost.
