Featuring the all new MC_JL5B by Jin Lun. Almost identical to the JL5A, the JL5B is a compact size, street legal gas powered motor scooter. Able to offer it in all 50 states, the JL5B has a 3 horsepower, 50 cc single cylinder 4 stroke engine with an automatic transmission, has a maximum speed of 37+ MPH and a one gallon fuel tank that sports a very economical 70 MPG.

The JL5B is comfortable and easy to use. It can be turned on with either an electric starter or kick start option. Other features include a high volume exhaust, lock in gas cap, an emergency kill switch, comfortable seating and a convenient front storage compartment.

Exclusively offered at Scooter Depot, the JL5B comes equipped with a windshield and pre-installed rear trunk. It’s the best choice for your local commute to school, the grocery store, and other local transportation.

	Large Windshield MC_JL5B comes with a windshield which effectively fend off strong winds in order to stabilize the rider and the scooter during riding, a must have safety feature that is often left out by other sellers.		Competitors more then often do not offer windshield or offers it at an extra fee more then often too expensive.
	Constant Headlight Unlike others, the MC_JL5B have constant headlight which means the headlight is on whenever engine is on to insure the safety of our riders day and night. A feature that passes and exceeds DOT expectation which others do not have.		Competitors in majority do not have a constant headlight that automatically turns on, leaving the rider less visible and more vulnerable to accidents because the traffic is less likely to spot you. 	Powerful Extended Engine The MC_JL5B offers extended motor engine that gives more power and better performance verses the majority others that do not have this feature will perform at a much lower speed.		The standard engine that our competitors uses output less power and less fuel efficient.
	Easy to read Instrument Panel The MC_JL5B have a rider-oriented design on the instrument panel that has a cleast read-out of time, speed, mileage. Our competitors are still using the outdated single gauge panel.		Our competitors have the single gauge instrument panel which leaves out important information that a rider needs such as fuel guage, RPM, odometer, etc.
	10" Premium Alloy Rim Our alloy rim projected on the left is much safer and lighter then the full metal rim on the right. Being light-weight helps the bike to perform better, and it is visually pleasing too!		The metal rim that our competitor uses is more likely to bend with light forces such as speeding over speed bump, making the life of the rim dramatically lower than alloy.
	Strategically Placed Spacious Trunk MC_JL5B comes equipped with an roomy trunk, combined with storage beneath the seat offers ample space for anything that you might carry. 	Polished, Newly Renovated Carburetor Comparing our carburetor to our competition the MC_JL5B carburetors have a polished surface, light-weight and more durable then conventional carburetors. It also features an renovated internal construction to achieve better fuel economy and performance.		Other carburetor do not have the polished surface making it hard for the liquid to flow properly. It takes more resources for the scooter to run normally which is causing the scooter to consume more gasoline but output less power.
	Enlarged Tires Size matters! The MC_JL5B sports a much bigger wheel, increasing the diameter to 12" means more travel distance, and increased durability. The width of the tire is 4.5" making the overall stability of the scooter more stable.

Warranty: We offer a one year warranty on Motor and frame. Buyers are required basic repair skills such as using general tools; replacing nuts and bolts, filters, light bulbs, fluids, etc. The warranty is effective only if:

◊The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;
◊The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

Free Registration documentation: We provide a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale which might be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.

Some Assembly required: Usually takes about 10-20 minutes. The Bike are completely assembled in the factory and fully tested. Battery, handle bar, trunk and the rear mirror are removed after testing. Item will be shipped in a crate, to assemble, put the above items back on. For safety precautions, be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Remember! You are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as putting on rear view mirrors, hooking up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. While we will gladly assist you with any technical questions.
